WELCOME TO I AM PHAB WIRRAL
“I AM PHAB” is a vibrant, distinctive and welcoming club affiliated with the PHAB National Charity.
The group was formed from the original West Kirby PHAB, which was led by the truly wonderful Alan Martin, who sadly passed away in December 2012.
Alan’s dream, shared by PHAB, was to ‘end social isolation for everyone – able and less able’. “I AM PHAB” continues that vision by building friendships, spreading smiles and hosting enjoyable weekly evenings.
“I AM PHAB” meets every Wednesday from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm. We offer a varied programme including live music, Zumba, quiz nights, parties, discos, murder mystery evenings, magic and even Taekwondo!
